Muffin Monday # 22: breakfast included! Bio


What a beautiful theme than Tiuscha ! Healthy, energetic ... and above all good ^ ^ had to stick to it!
My first draft was a dismal failure, which was unfortunately suffered by some of my close friends even apologies for having to try to eat my muffin stifling Christian: - $

trio of fruit or 250 g of dried fruit your choice (dates, figs, apricots, grapes ...)

Honey

Mix all the ingredients of the first list and let stand half an hour, until the flakes imbibe well. Crush your nuts, and make a little (not like me eh) brown in the pan. Add honey, stir and remove from heat.
Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
Mix all the ingredients for the second list and then pour the mixture in the first second, it stirs just until blended, the dough should not be uniform.

Arrange the hazelnuts with honey on top and bake for 20 beautiful minutes of cooking.
