Or when the urge to make a little caramel cream, no milk ... only the cream! An happiness
dessert that we would end well in one go ... Since my better half often wonder if I'm not a pot of cream too!
Ps: available for those who want the "burn" 'll just forget the bottom layer of caramel.
Cream caramel "very rich"
for two large gourmet

25 cl cream 2 eggs farmer
40 g + 50 g caster sugar 1 vanilla pod

Heat cream with vanilla bean (split and scraped with you inside).
Let stand 30 minutes to cover that diffuses the fragrance well.
Beat eggs with 75 g of sugar. Although
heat the cream and remove the vanilla bean.
Gently pour the cream over the egg-sugar mixture, stirring constantly.
Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
Prepare the caramel: In a heavy saucepan put 50 grams of sugar and 1 1 / 2 teaspoon water.
Heat to get a caramel amber. Pour into pan and rotate it to distribute the caramel.
Pour cream on top.
Bake in water bath for 45 minutes.
Cool before removing from pan.
