This chicken is disarmingly simple, fast and delicious, a dish that can really throw in if you do to guests or family!

2 chicken thighs 3 tablespoons
tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil 1 clove garlic

crushed 2 lemons cut into wedges
salt & pepper

Make fine notches in the parts most Thick chicken thighs with a sharp knife. Put chicken thighs in a shallow dish.
Mix balsamic vinegar with olive oil, garlic, pepper and some salt. Pour mixture over chicken thighs. Marinate for about 30 minutes. Return the chicken legs once during this time.
Preheat the broiler.
Remove chicken thighs from marinade, taking care to reserve it. Slightly dry chicken pieces with paper towels and arrange in a baking dish. Add the lemon quarters.

Bake about 15 cm from the grill. Let roast for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is presented cooked, golden and tender. Return the chicken thighs from time to time, basting with reserved marinade.
