Blood In Stool, Lump On Testicles

vanilla egg creams Small red fruit

what to do to use the 6 egg yolks orphaned following the completion of the crisp and sparkling dessert (which, incidentally, made my weekend so greedy)? ! Well, apart from creams burned pretty flowers ... , good egg cream at the old granny at home Pardis o)

I chose this Elvira recipe largely by reducing the amount of sugar, they seem a little too sweet ...

I used for a dozen small creams:
- 1 liter of fresh milk, whole
- 1 small teaspoon vanilla powder
- 2 level tbsp cornflour
- 6 egg yolks
- 150g sugar + 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons of lychee
alcohol - red fruit

Boil 1 liter of milk and vanilla powder. Mix sugar and cornstarch, add egg yolks, whisking well. Off the heat, add the egg mixture / sugar hot milk, stirring well and then put everything on the heat until boiling, whisking well. To the boil, remove from heat, add the alcohol of lychees and whisk some more. Arrange a few berries in bottom of small pot and pour the cream on top.
Cool a few hours and taste fresh.

What Does Swallen Ankle Mean ?

Meatballs ... and a fabulous chocolate cake!

Unlike last year, organized the barbecue birthday this year it completed within ... What a disappointing time for summer!
Yet we have much enjoyed the meal, consisting of small puffs goat well sweet melon, a cucumber and tomato raita, chicken pesto (delicious recipe found here , eaten without parmesan, grilled just last night and reheated in the oven covered with grated cheese for Sunday brunch, hmmm .. .) meatballs with Moroccan, a salad of pineapple mint and fabulous "Dessert crisp and sparkling" of Loukoum !
pellets:
few hours before cooking, mix 3 cloves garlic 2 small onions, juice of half a lemon, a dozen mint leaves, basil and many mix with 700g of minced meat, 1 egg and 3 tablespoons of bread crumbs. Form meatballs, barbecue or grill pan and cook ... feast! For me who am not a fan of meat, these dumplings are a real revelation in any flavor!

And now ... dessert! I slightly modified the recipe for this fabulous chocolate cake, very easy to perform as specified Pauline. I decreased the amount of foam in half (yes, I know, he was for twelve but even that seemed way too énooooorme o) and used 200g of chocolate 64% cocoa chocolate and 75g of 70%. For the crispy layer, praline fault, I used pralinoise (pralinoise 200g, 60g of chocolate 64% cocoa chocolate and 40g of 70%, 125g gavottes pancakes).
result is a delicious cake, chocolate incredibly strong, which is eaten in a blind eye! (I just found the mousse a little too close ... otherwise it's perfect!)

To accompany this wonder, a small salad of fresh pineapple added a few drops of alcohol and mint a few mint leaves ...
A divine combination, combining the strength of chocoat et la fraîcheur de l'ananas mentholé.
