Birthday Cakes! Theme: white cheese

Time passes very fast, so fast, "too" fast ... my little shrimp my little king anxious to see the day to already been 1 year! Some time ago already since it will soon be 14 (in months).
So for doing the things I had organized an afternoon birthday cake and ...

The first, his own because he is still small and the music is "when I want," was an charlotte cheese - pears Syrup - Organic boudoir ...

From simple, effective from:

500 g cheese
1 / 2 box of pears in syrup
2 bags vanilla sugar
of bio boudoir, infant, at the Orange Blossom

Mix the cream cheese and sugar, drain the pears, being careful to keep the syrup in a bowl. Prepare your pan (mine is a " Tupp ), cut into small pieces (or larger if your kids chew!) Pears and add them to your boudoir cheese blanc.Trempez quickly on both sides in the reserved syrup and line the bottom and sides of biscuits, pour half of cheese mixture white, place a row of soaked ladyfingers over the first layer, then pour the rest of cheese and finally finish with a row of cookies, firmly pack, close the lid (or a small plate).
Place a good weight on top and cool for at least half a day (overnight is perfect).
Turn out, slice and serve!

Well I thought that "too simple, too trite" no no, well I really enjoyed myself because everything went very well kept (the proof in photo), cream cheese, pears and it is top is sufficient to itself (except a little vanilla, perhaps) and the small boudoir bio ... and well nearly 30 pins I fell in love with these biscuits for children! Orange blossom they contain harmonizes perfectly together:)

NB: obviously, if you suspect any gluten intolerance-lactose, replace the cow's cheese curds from the sheep, and tailoring boudoirs your own gluten-free!

Then then ... as I had cottage cheese (yeah what one stone in good mom-chef-overwhelmed I had thought), I remade this fabulous chocolate cake without remorse that I really liked at the time and I really enjoyed myself again on this occasion! How it was not for me? ^ ^ The recipe here .

I encourage you to try it, it really has a superb texture, and ultimately our hips we say thank you;)

Then finally, as I know you really like the biscuit dough (which those who must begin a brand new potty!) I threw myself into my version of the cake-pie, I discovered that there is some time (chic gooseberries like soon!) and that I adore the concept or with windfall or with apples like this:

Cake-pie apple-spiced
for a cake pan of 22 cm

Three apples
50 g soft butter
100g cheese
1 / 2 sachet baking powder
1 egg
1 packet of vanilla sugar (12 g approximately)
130 g flour
20g potato starch or cornstarch

Remove the butter well ahead so that it is at room temperature for the soft work.
In your bowl place the butter, cut into coarse pieces and biscuit dough and work it off with a spatula or with an electric mixer (or with your food processor).
Everything must be homogeneous.
Add the egg yolk, mix well and then the cheese and mix well yet.
Finally mix the flour with cornstarch and baking powder and sift it all over the mixture and stir everything.
Mount your egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt or lemon juice, and stir it gently to all.

your three Peel apples, cut into two small pieces (cubes), last thinly.
Stir the diced apples to the device.

Grease and flour a cake pan. Put the preparation into it.

Post your apple slices in a rosette on the top of the food, sprinkle with vanilla sugar and bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C.
Remove from oven and let cool a little while before turning out.
